Respect at Viva line
This website is part of the service provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to Viva Energy employees to enable the reporting of inappropriate workplace behaviours such as harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying. Further information on the sorts of matters that should be reported and the ways that they can be reported are found throughout this site. We encourage you to explore this site, where you will find access to the Viva Energy Code of Conduct and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the service provided and how it works.
At Viva Energy we are proud of our culture which is based on integrity, responsibility, curiosity, commitment and respect. An inclusive workplace means we all get a voice, we share ideas, we trust one another and can respectfully challenge each other on our behaviour. It also means we are committed to ensuring a fair, safe and productive environment for everyone, free of bullying, harassment and discrimination.
If you are experiencing or witnessing concerns within your workplace regarding inappropriate behaviours such as discrimination, bullying, harassment or sexual harassment, we encourage you to raise them, no matter how small. This may include workplace behaviours that are making you feel uncomfortable or are impacting you or the team members you work with.
There are a number of ways you can raise a concern:
- Your line manager or People & Culture Manager
- Contact Officers are trained team members based in various locations who can direct you to the options you have available to resolve the issue click here
- Our Employee Assistance program is a 24/7 service supported by Access EAP and is available to team members and their immediate family living with them
Additionally, the ‘Respect at Viva’ line is an independent avenue for team members to raise concerns. If you would like to raise a concern you are able to call or email the ‘Respect at Viva’ service and you will be directed to an experienced and independent operator. Reported concerns will be treated with confidentiality if requested and will be handled in accordance with case management and investigation guidelines.
The Viva Energy Whistleblower Service is also available to all team members to raise concerns. Please note that the Whistleblower Service is separate to the ‘Respect at Viva’ line and covers disclosures made pursuant to the Viva Energy Whistleblower Policy, in relation to illegal, fraudulent or unethical conduct (or other breaches of the Viva Energy Code of Conduct). Please see the link for further details, including contact details for the Whistleblower Service and the requirements to qualify for whistleblower protection – click here
Reports made to the ‘Respect at Viva’ line are not subject to the Whistleblower Policy and do not qualify for whistleblower protection.
